Animal Welfare Partnerships

In 2025, Rescue330 was awarded a $500 grant from the Rosalie and Cecil Smith Fund at the Akron Community Foundation. This community support for pets will be pivotal in launching our TNR (Trap-Neuter-Return) program in Summit County. Thanks to our animal rescue partners and every dollar contributed, we can provide essential spay/neuter veterinary care to community cats, effectively reducing the number of future litters and enhancing local animal welfare.

Rescue330 received a $500 grant from Athletes for Animals to support spay/neuter surgeries and vaccinations for the dogs and cats in our care. This generous funding from a national nonprofit that champions responsible pet ownership and animal welfare not only aids our efforts but also strengthens our animal rescue partners. With community support for pets like this, we can ensure more pets are healthy and ready for their forever homes, alongside essential TNR program funding.

In October 2025, Rescue330 proudly participated in the EmbraceCLE Community Challenge, a month-long fundraising initiative presented by Embrace Pet Insurance to bolster community support for pets in Northeast Ohio. As a prominent animal rescue partner, Rescue330 was honored to be named the winner of the “Mission in Motion” Video Challenge in the Small but Mighty tier, receiving a $1,000 bonus to further our impactful story and enhance our TNR program funding.

Rescue330 is proud to partner with PetSmart Charities, a national leader in pet adoption and animal welfare. This collaboration enhances our efforts as animal rescue partners, providing us with valuable resources, support, and opportunities. With community support for pets, we can rescue, rehabilitate, and rehome more dogs and cats across Northeast Ohio. Additionally, we are committed to seeking TNR program funding to address the needs of community cats. Together, we’re working to give every pet the chance to find a loving forever home.

Rescue330 is grateful to be one of the animal rescue partners alongside Petco Love, an organization dedicated to transforming the lives of pets and the humans who care for them. Their nationwide commitment to animal welfare supports community initiatives that bolster resources for rescues like ours, allowing us to provide more dogs and cats with a second chance. With Petco Love’s support and funding for our TNR program, we are collaborating to create a community where every pet's story can have a happy ending.

Rescue330 is a proud member of BISSELL Pet Foundation's Partners for Pets program, a national network of animal rescue partners dedicated to supporting organizations that work to reduce pet homelessness across the U.S. This membership not only provides access to BISSELL grant funding opportunities but also various resources, including community support for pets and TNR program funding, to further our mission.

Rescue330 has earned a Silver Badge from Adopt a Pet, a recognition that we meet verified standards for transparency, inclusivity, and responsiveness. This collaboration exemplifies our commitment to community support for pets, as the store also aids our mission through donations and outreach, helping us provide care and find homes for more dogs and cats across Northeast Ohio. We also appreciate the support of our animal rescue partners, which enables us to work towards securing TNR program funding, further benefiting the local pet community.

Rescue330 was thrilled to engage with our animal rescue partners in Foster 50, a nationwide initiative spearheaded by the PEDIGREE Foundation aimed at enhancing foster care in all 50 states. This program not only provided valuable tools and raised community support for pets but also made fostering more accessible, allowing us to give even more dogs and cats a second chance at love. Additionally, we aim to secure TNR program funding to further support our mission.

Rescue330 is proud to be part of the Best Friends Network, a nationwide community of over 5,000 shelters, rescues, and animal welfare organizations dedicated to saving the lives of homeless dogs and cats through collaboration, resource-sharing, and proven lifesaving strategies. This partnership not only allows us to connect with animal rescue partners but also provides vital community support for pets, including TNR program funding, which enhances our efforts to rescue and care for animals in need.

Rescue330 is a registered participant in the Acme Fresh Market Community Cash Back program. Running annually from August through February, this initiative enables our animal rescue partners to earn community support for pets by receiving 5% on qualifying Acme store-brand purchases made by their supporters, which also helps in funding our TNR program.

Dog lovers can show their community support for pets simply by purchasing items for their own furry friends—no extra steps involved! Every collar or leash bought helps supply essential resources for dogs awaiting their forever homes, while also contributing to TNR program funding efforts.
